passenger door not locking when using remote .vz

Door locks manually by pushing down the door lock but then wont unlock with remote,if I unlock manuallyall doors unlock?

you sure its not just the button not going down? in mine the passenger door lock stays down whether its locked or unlocked because the little clip is broken
