VY tail lights in a VZ

hi i was looking at buying some altezza tail lights for my sv6. but there for a VY, it says they fit in a VZ but you have to modify something. does anyone know what you have to do

Altezza for VZ arent that flash, dont bother SV6 Tail lights are tidy

They look poxy and plastic..

keep the originals. the altera lights look cheap and nasty.
