vx ss exhaust on a vz sv6

hey guys,
i've just been reading the posts about vy/vz exhausts on a vz sv6.
i was wondering if any1 has any advice on whether a vx ss exhaust would fit, or if any1 has tried this?

i no i havnt try it but th vx ss woud fit fine th layout of the uderneath of a vt to a vz is the same even if its a 6 or an 8. but why wud u wanna use a vx ss exhaust in the 1st place ur nt gonna get any noise frm it cos ther close 2 stock anyway

You are much better off trying to pick up a second hand VT2-VY2 HSV exhaust as the mufflers are better than SS and pipe size is 1/4" bigger.

yes it will fit but as surfwagon said ur better off trying to find a hsv exhaust as they are a bit bigger. i have a vz hsv with the resonator cut out i got it for $50 off ebay and it is great sound good and has a bit better throttle response i mainly got it so it was twin pipes all the way instead of merging into one at the resi. but if you are just after sound go to an exhaust shop and get then to cut out the resonator and weld in two 2.25" pipes should cost around $60
