What mods need to be made to fit VZ SS bar onto standard sedan?

Hi Guys, i have searched the board and could not find the answer. I went to a local comm wreckers today and asked the guy what changes were needed to fit the SS bar. He told me that the grille as well as the head lights needed to be changed. Is this correct? any feedback would be much appreciated.

as far as i am aware it is straight bolt on, Gril might come with the bar..
