Strange problem with my lights. Any suggestions ??? :(

Hey guys, i have a strange problem with my lights and indicators. Whenever i lock or unlock my car all the lights on the right hand side stay on. The right front indicator, the front side indicator, the rear right indicator and the right indicator symbol on the dash. All of the others will flash and go off but the ones i mentioned all stay on. It take me a a few attempts of locking and unlocking the car till they go off. I have checked all the wiring and everything seems fine.

Has anyone had or heard of this problem ? Any suggestions on how to fix it ?

Sounds like an issue with your BCM, the relay is probably on the way out. There is a thread here detailing how to repair this issue if your keen on undertaking it, otherwise you will have to most likely purchase a new BCM and get it reprogrammed to your car.

Hi I have the same problem with my vz, and i've called a couple of places for a replacement but they range from $500 to over $700 is there anywhere in melbourne that repairs it

hey guys just noticed the exact same things happening to me this past week. bcm replacement? seem a bit overboard for such an issue as this isnt it?
worst case scenario if i dont get it fixed besides the annoying locking/unlocking i have to do sometimes is there antyhing else that could occur from this?
