Horn and Active select not working ????????HELP

can anyone help me with this. the fuses are all fine. active select turns on but the paddles wont work and the horn will work when i lock the car but not when i push the horn

Maybe left field here (and probably way off the mark as usual LOL), but sounds suspiciously like a clock spring issue (working on the theory of a common point to both issues). Has there been any maintenance carried out around your steering wheel or steering column recently?

yes sicne the post i have been told that it is the clock spring. any ideas on a cheap place that does it?
