VZ Exec Rattling Window

Hi guys,
I have recently purchased a VZ 2005 Executive, and the drivers side window rattles over bumps and such, I have been told by the dealer that this is normal wear, that the felt compresses over time. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if they have managed to adjust this out, and what the process was to do that.

mine rattles, but i find that if it starts rattling, i wind the window down an inch, then wind it back up, stops the rattles for me and easy haha, but its not a permanent fix. will only fix it until you get out of the car again

Well I think doing a search before posting would be a good Idea, thanks to previous topics I think I will try a few of those fixes first, sorry guys.

If you have power windows, probably the window winder actuator on the way out. Otherwise, suggest that you remove interior door trim and check that all fixings are tight and secure.
