Calais Rear Bumper on SV6 ??

Just wondering would a calais bumper fit on an SV6 and would it sit right, havent been able to find pics of anyone doing this or any information. Im just sick to death of the black thing on my rear sagging to the right all the time, thanks to someone rear ending me while parked.

Anyways this is only a thought at the moment. Dont really wanna go with a custom bodykit either.

it should fit ok however you will need new tail lights too as the calais and berlina ones are a different size (taller than the sv6 ones) even so the bar will fit but there will be a gap of about 20mm between the top of the bar and the tail lights.

Thanks for that mate, not sure if i will go ahead with it, might not be worth the hassle. Interesting to learn the lights are slightly different, i thought most parts would just go on.

yea i only realised when my mate who has a sv6 pionted it out on my calais.

there is a spacer you can get to eliminate the gap

I think i may have a play around with it then, whats this spacer, where do you get it from and how much, does it look dodgy ?? I know of someone throwing away a rear bumper for calais, it has no reflectors or strip, but thats only a few bucks to get apparently, also no rear extensions, does sv6 bumper have those (god i dont know much eh), anyways, what do you guys think - at the end of it all would i look ok or tacky ??
