19" Wheel ideas?

Hey guys.

What's your personal taste on 19" rims on a white VZ executive? I have calais rear lights and the chrome number plate surround if that changes anything.

Would love a set of VE clubby rims powdecoated black but a little out of my range (as they're ~$1500 + powdercoating)

Any ideas?

Really looking at black rims though, especially on a white car. The sigs look good a beasty though.

check out the 2011 avanti wheel catalouge, avaliable at any wheel shop (or atleast bridgestone anyway). Unless u have your heart set on holden wheels. . .

Yeah, they do, but I think 18's are just a little too small?

19's would look nice. I want 19's. You need a bit of dough because they are pretty expensive as they are not a normal size. Apparently they are more expensive then 20's to maintain.

you can get decent tyres for 230-250ea (245 35 r19)
personally yeah i'd go 19s but on a strict budget the 18" cv8z's would be perfect.

Are you after a complete black wheel or chrome lip or...?

u may as well get 20's, the tyres are apparently cheaper than 19's because 19 is more uncommon... thats what some tyre place told me when i was shopping for wheels

But don't they make the ride insanely rough on a VZ??? I would need guards rolled too?

i doubt u will need guards rolled with sl, maybe sssl or ul. couldnt tell you on the ride quality though sorry

i got the same style wheel in 19s if you want to have a look? the only difference is a black line in the middle of the spoke.. look so nice, definitely recommend them ;D

Yes please! That would be great. I prefer thee ones with a black line but I couldn't find an image of the wheels large enough to chop onto my ride.

They look sick! I'm removing the black stripe on mine on Saturday, going to be a bitch. Also getting an SS front bar (stock one has a crack in) so it'll look like that, gives me a good overview! Thanks mate.

i picked those rims before i picked my car lol.
i went into tech9 and they hooked me up, i recommend them. service was awesome
