Safety Mode

So i started the car and Safety Mode Came up.

Turned car off and back on and it went away. Any way i cant find out the error codes or whats going on with out taking it to the dealer so i can work out if its still safe to drive on? Its booked in already for 180,000km service on the 28th March.

could be anything of a few dozen problems buddy - just play it by ear , hope that it doesnt reappear before the service , the dealer will tech2 scan it & get a code for the problem area.
