Default Is it possible to fit a h11 bulb into a h3 socket?

Is it possible to fit a h11 bulb into a h3 socket? Is there any way one can convert a h3 socket into a h11 socket?

I've bought a new set of h11 low beam bulbs for my VZ Calais, and I was wanting to fit my current H11 low beam bulbs into my H3 foglights socket. Is it possible to do so?

maybe if you stripped the wires and rerun new plugs on the wires, but it would be a lot of ####ing around though. unless there are adaptors you can buy?

    9006 to H11 adapter?

sorry mods for the link, but it should be fine because its only to do with lights and not other car forums...

Then you only need to buy the correct HID bulbs. Not a new kit.

it was a cheap $100 6000k kit that i got off ebay.

the bulbs turned yellow after 6 months (which i found odd)

aren't the bulb's supposed to get "bluer" with age?
