OBD-II cable for VZ ?

just wanted to see whether this cable would be compatible with a VZ SS ??

I'm also looking for one or a vz berlina, I purchased one off eBay but it didn't work

The first one looks like it may not work (you also need software). The second one looks like it may.
This one does work OBDII EOBD OBD OBD2 Live Data Scanner Code Reader MS509 - eBay (item 170610655881 end time Mar-09-11 09:36:26 PST). Its the one I have.

im looking just to spend a few bux to play around with it and get it connected and working before i spend bigger bux on the hand held ones, so the ones off eBay are at a good price ...
