Vz manual conversion?

hi anyone converted a vz v8 calais to manual. is it possible and if so what make would i find a suitable donor gearbox from. let me hear your thoughts thanks

prob best to grab the manual box out of an ss or hsv...
or find a manual ssz and buy that, they're pretty much up to calais spec anyway

what about a vz berlina? any idea on which box will fit and rough price? been considering it for a while (hate the auto box)

get a reco'd t-56 or if you wanna go el cheapo go to a wreckers :P

you'll also need wiring, clutch, pedal system, master + slave cylinder, gear boot and knob + trims, and i think you need a manual ecu
