    Default not again! lol

    hi everyone
    sorry for another exhaust post but just wondering if any one has tryed them hi tech extractors
    on the 175kw alloytec. Ive was just on ebay and noticed that the pipes are a bit bigger than the paceys
    and just wondering if that would make any difference?

    Any replys would be great thanx.

    The major difference is the Hitech's are stainless steel as apposed to mild steel for most other manufacturers.

    so would they be better than the pacemakers and would it give it a different kinda note?
    Sorry for the silly questions im not real smart when it comes to engines and stuff. I know the basics but thats about it Lol

    No idea. I suppose in theory they should sound slighty different. Perhaps only your dog could tell though.

    if my memeory serves me correct im pretty sure mild steel would last longer, and can with stand higher temperatures.

    also in theory yes it would have a different note, but you probably wouldn't be able to here it.

    Under bonnet temperatures would be a bit higher with stainless steel extractors too.

    ok cool. Thanks for that info might give them hi tech ones a miss and go for some paceys or redbacks.
