Post Down shiftin' the 4 speed

    Heyya

Just wonderin if it is healthy to down shift a 4 speed auto in a vz?? If not is there anything you can do to the box or anything to do so.

I do it with my Vh 3 speed but its old skool and seems to take it ok, but im just curious how a vz would take it.
If anyone could help would be sweet Cheers!

used to do it all the time in my vx, box held on well until i sold the car for a good 75xxxkm with no problems with the box, so i would say it really doesnt matter

Oh true, well theres no harm in tryin it i spose. Even there is a lil difference between a eco and alloy. Did it sound harsh when ya did in the vx or wasnt too bad???

i asked craig from craigs automatics in person what he thought of it when i was there getting my built box put in and he said even with a standard box he said theres no problem with doing it... cant really argue with the best in the business
Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!
