What Air Fillter to put in my car ?

I want some feedback on what air fillter i should put in my car ?
POD ?
K&N ?
SS induction ?
The one that goes to the front ?

IMO the standard GMH in the standard airbox is fine on a stock engine

A lot of people ive seen on this forum said that the best bet for the SS is the OTR CAI (Over The Radiator Cold Air Intake). And yes this is the one that goes to the front

The above option mated with a full exhaust and mafless tune will net you reasonable gains.

Just changing the intake will just change the noise and a little acceleration.

lol maybe i should have said a bit about my car first lol
It's an SS as my name suggest lol and its cammed, and tuned, the exhust have been done, new fuel system, new diff gears, new gear box, waiting on the turbo to arrive, and i had nos on it till not that long ago i was having way to many problems with it so i had the lines taken out and put a smaller cam in it lol.
I already have a K&N air fillter in it but it needs more as you could under stand with the above description.
From what ive heard the way to go is the OTR CAI

I use a K&N panel filter, I dont notice any real improvements, but it is washable. Which in my mind makes it well worth it since I replaced mine every 2 months before.

OTRCAI is the go, but im with abba... why all this work but standard intake? seems weird that it wouldnt have been done, free up air going in (intake), and gasses going out (exhaust) are usually the first to be done... less restrictions = more HP

I already have a K&N on but its no good which is why i wanted some advice and im now thinking i shouldnt have bothered at all i should have just rung a performance shop or some thing.
It dosnt matter where you go you always have dick heads and political bull S*** in car clubs and car sites.

not having a go, but have you read the information provided? I seriously doubt she would have cam work and the rest of it and still be using standard intake.
Thats why shes copping some stick.
