Very weird noise when turning right

hi guys noticed when turning right when the car is cold that i get this very noise,almost a hollow sound when like when you run your finger over a wine glass and its musical.Only heard it when its cold too!! Any ideas would be welcome

Probably just brake pads rubbing. See below for solution.........

could be power steering pressure fluid whine , common to vy's vz's GMH had a service advisory to replace the pressure pipe with a modified one that made the noise less. otherwise could be your strut top mount bearings noisy??
