Hay guys im about to do a spark plug change on my v6 VZ.
From what iv red, the stock manifold gasket is paper thin and usually brakes or gets damaged when you take it off.
Now Mace do a 12mm machined insulator that you can use over and over, plus it runs cooler and a little extra gain in rpm

Iv looked into it a bit and a new stock gasket is about $60 or so,
and the Mace insulator $150. It would pay for itself after the 2nd spark plug change.
My questions are.
Is it worth it?
Does anyone else have 1 running now and does it improve anything at all?
Cheers
Brendan

yes they work mate , gives abit more power down low
noticeable difference when i put mine on, more bottom end, and the plenum stays cool as.
Agreed, my manifold in much cooler. Debatable whether that would affect power much, but the insulator isn't a gasket, they give gasket maker in a tube with it. We use it at work, good stuff. The insulator is just an insulator, not a gasket.

give everything a spray with wd40 wheels brakes that should fix the squeaks
Good stuff, might just get it then.
