Climate Control Conversion

I have a 05 VZ V6 Exec Wagon, with of course standard air con controls (manual). I know if I upgrade it to Climate Control, I need to change the main dash console (which is easy enough, you can get them from eBay), but what else needs to be changed? I assumed (and have read elsewhere) that it's not a simple plug and play changeover.

I'm changin my instrument cluster, the head unit is being removed and replaced with a custom built Carputer, Front spots and a few other things, so I'll have half the dash apart doing all this stuff.. Figured while I'm half way there I may as well change the air-con.

Can someone help with what's needed, and how to do it? Thanks.
