I found that, atleast in Darwin, that Carbon Fibre is cheaper. I know I could get a Maloo or Manaro bonnet and bumper for the price of 1 OEM bonnet.

fiberglass can break easy while plastic just bends and hangs while fiberglass just breaks up

Plastic is way more forgiving than fibre glass when you touch a gutter or driveway.

Fiberglass Maloo front end - It does the job, but I'm actually looking for a plastic SS bar to replace it.

I haven't had any problems yet. I used to have a complete fiberglass SSX bodykit on my old VY and I never had a problem - it was a good quality kit and it had quite a bit of flex in it.
Where abouts are you located buddy?

Oh okay. I would have swapped you if you were a bit closer - I'm up on the NSW/QLD border.

If i was you i would stay clear of fibreglass and stick with your SV6 plastic one. Not only does it suit and look better, but it also isnt gonna cost you an arm and look like a rip off.

The reason i need a new bumper is some idiot backed into me in my local wolworthes with a tow bar and cracked the s**t out of it and damaged a fog light aswel. So i was thinking of some diffrent options
