vz alloytech 190, missfire problem :(

Hi, i have a missfire issue with my calais. It started at easter when I was passing a truck on the highway, I gave it a boot full around the truck and the check drive chain warning came up, and the engine started to miss realy bad. I pulled over at the next servo and turned the engine off, and when I restarted it the miss was gone.
Up untill this week the car has not missed a beat, but now if I "give it a bootfull" it starts to miss again untill I turn the engine off, then when I restart it is fine again. I also have niticed a slight missfire when the engine is under load (up hills ect) Anyone had the same problem? or know what is wrong? thanks

get your injectors properly cleaned...

i had this issue and changed plugs and coils and found it was dirty injectors

ok thanks, i was thinking plugs, coil packs ect. Did you have the check drive chain warning come on aswell?? that worries me a bit.

yep... scan tool even showed misfire on cyl 3
