    Default will 20's rub on my ute?

    hey all, im looking at buying some 20inch rims, my ute is sl in the back an lowered in the front i think, thats how i bought it, an i was just seeing if they would clear the guards or if i would have to get my guards rolled

    Will depend on the offset.

    How much further out (and/or in) will it sit compared to what you have now? This will determine if it's going to rub on the guard or something else.

    Can you do a trial fit if the dealer selling them to you doesn't have a definitie answer before you buy?

    if there 45p offset (most aftermarket commodore wheels are) then they should be alright, im guessing you'll either run 225/35R20 or 245/30R20 tyres which might make a difference but most people I know have no issue's unless the rub on full steering lock, there should be no issue's in the rear tho

    i would trial them but its from a guy not brand new rims, i will have a look at my offset on my ute now an what the offset is of the rims i want, the tyres on them are 225/35/20

    my 20''s only scrub on the front when huckin full lock u-turns or downhill with brakes on on my pretty much fourwheel drive track of a driveway haha an but im pretty sure my front guards hav been rolled. havn't lowered back yet so couldnt tell ya about them
