Does anyone else have weird noise from steering when there car is cold?

Hi guys i have a weird noise almost like hollow/tubular sound when i turn my steering wheel when the car is cold.Now it does it both ways and the sound has gotten worse any ideas??

Probably the same as my issue, its winding noise almost like a belt whine, turns out its just my power steering fluid is low.. which appears to be leaking.

na power steering is full and there is no leaks,so could it be the uni bush in the steering column?

i would think the power steering pump, or the steering rack, get someone to turn the wheel and listen to where its comming from
