Has anyone ever done this b4?? my partner just brought a VZ SVZ and she wants her aftermarket deck in her car n wants the Steering wheel controlls to work with it, is there any other ways to do it?

to the best of my knowledge you need to get an aftermarket controller to do this that's what i had fitted works perfectly..

I Have done two of these, really simple to install, works well on cold days and on the grey steering wheel remotes, me and my mate now have black steering wheel controls (ss and adventra) and the signals get jumbled on hot days. just splice into the remote wire/s on the plug. don't chop off the origional plug just use the adaptors, just incase you want to go back. I have baught both of mine from america around $60 from there compared to over 200 in aus.

i got mine for $80 on ebay, never had a problem with it till this day. i got it installed myself and took me say 1 hour, very straight forward
