    Default vz v6 acclaim drama

hey i have a 2004 vz acclaim last few days it has come accross a drama of not having the power when accelerating did have a miss which i have fixed coil packs are new sparkplugs are fine no vacuam leak but when you put your foot down it struggles to accelerate. Also i noticed when overtaking today it stuck in 2nd and didnt want to go up a gear just stayed there and when i stopped at a stop sign took my foot off the throttle with no brake and it stayed there till i used throttle then when off stayed there again i have just put 98 octane and a injector cleaner through it and really hasnt made much of a difference any one got any ideas what else to look at?

    Hey everyone,

How can I check that the cats are melted?
How can find out the back pressure?

I have a feeling that my hi flow cats are making my car sluggish.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
