Help needed with replacing steering wheel inserts

hey guys,

I have been replacing the standard SV6 inserts with the satin chrome ones found in Calais and SS models, so far i have done the door handles, handbrake and gear shift but im just seeking some advice as to how to go about changing the steering wheel inserts.

I know you have to disconnect the battery and make sure all power is gone, but just need some instructions from anyone who has done it before or knows how to..
