fuel gauge problem telling me to contact dealer

does anyone kno anything bout this i tried to start my car and it wont turn over displays says fuel gauge error contact dealer, put more fuel in it and still the same fuel reads empty

if anyone could help would b awesom thx

try disconnecting the battery to remove the fault, may or may not work, but give it a shot. if it starts, then go to your nearest guys with a scan tool to see whats up

Oh theres a thread on here somewhere, someones will find it for you but basically you connect a certian relay and it allows the car to start. The thread has all the information but i dont remember what its called to look for it.
