Ok couple of issues, (2005 VZ V6 Executive, 147,000km)
1. Went to go out this morning, car wouldnt start, it was trying but didnt. Took about 5 turns of the ignition to get it going, and when it did, a massive plume of white smoke came out of the exhaust. Fuel tank is about 1/4 full, but car normally starts with less than that in the tank.
Now the day before I did give it a huge clean, and the weather here atm is terrible, so I'm hoping its just condensation build up. Note, that if I plant it, more white smoke and this was after 5 minutes of driving.
2. Auto transmission, when the car shifts into 2nd or 3rd, its really rough. Smooths out after half hour or so.
3. My central locking decided to play up. All doors and the boot can be shut, but car still beeps at me twice when I lock it.
Scratch that, would seem my driver side rear door lock isnt going down with the rest of them. First time its happened.
Cheers in advance guys.

Did your huge clean include the engine bay?
Sounds like it was just a lot of condensation. Once all that water dries up it should be right.
Chuck some trans fluid in there or better yet, go get the trans serviced. Sounds like its running low on fluid and is only shifting once the oil starts to heat and be moved around.
Didnt wash the engine bay.
Transmission fluid levels are norm.
My oil is extremely dark, almost black. (Getting a major service this week)
And can a dodgy actuator make my battery die? (Loud clicking noise from engine, high beams go on, interior lighting has a fit sometimes). Went for a drive this morning, and apart from the white smoke, all was good >.<
Clicking is probably throttle body motor.
What condition is your battery in?
As far as I can tell its good, terminals are mint. Got it hooked up to a charger atm, give it another couple of hours and see if it starts.
If the battery is not in good condition on these motors it can be problematic.
Get your battery load tested.
Haven't had any issues today.. I'll get the battery tested when I get it serviced.
