    Rattle at startup?

I had a similar problem when giving it the beans. Turned out to be a RH brake line from the ABS module chafing on the inner guard.
If you give your brake line array from the ABS a tap with an open hand you might produce a rattle.

Could be a leak in the exhaust somewhere.

Do you still have the standard intake?

An aftermarket intake tends to hiss, that's all.

The gasket I would be looking at is where the extractors finish. Just start the car up and get under it and listen basically. Where the noise is loudest will be where the leak is. Even easier to find if you had someone hold a rag over the tail pipe.

You will need the correct gasket that fits. If it is just a gasket. The best way to do it is to unbolt the join and take the old gasket in to an exhaust shop and match it up. Or take the whole car in and get it checked over properly on a hoist.

Depending on what is wrong with it, if the exhaust has a hole in it, I do Manta as well so I can supply a replacement part. If you wanted to come down to Bunbury, I could even fit it for you.
