    when i turn it on it loses its revs

    when i turn it on it gos to its normal then it drops badly the engine is alloyetec v6 its done 120 thousand

    May be a vaccum leak. Check the hose at the throttle body. It may be split.

    Does sound like a vacuum leak, check all hoses and connections to the manifold

    video might help... after a while does it cut out? could be a few dead injectors, dead coil?

    As all the above has said it is likely a vacuum leak, one thing I would like to know is. When you drive it, assuming you rev it a little to get it going. Do you get any faults pop up? Check powertrain in particular.
    And after driving and sitting at lights or just idling after load does it drop right down again?
