Diff Gears - Apology if already been covered!!

Hi there, I own a VZ V6 Berlina and am wanting to upgrade the diff gears.

On eBay i have found someone selling a set of 3.46's out of a LS1 VZ.

Before i make the purchase, i really need to know for certain if these gears will fit

**He is only selling the gears not whole diff.

**Again, sorry if this has been covered, although i did try a search and couldnt come up with anything clear cut.
