Just put new sparkplugs in my vz and now it wont start, it tries to kick over and it sometimes sounds like it's about to start but won't. We have triple checked everything Evan put the old plugs back in, no chnagr. Anyone got any ideas?

Make sure they are torqued correctly. If not disconnect the battery for a few minutes then try again.
Make sure you've connected the stepper motor connection on the back of the manifold and the one on the TB. Also make sure the Vac hose is back on the booster

Is it the Alloytec?
Did you disconnect the battery before changing plugs? If you have you will have to give it some throttle to start it because you may have reset your ECU.
Take the plugs out one by one and crank the motor, watch if the plugs are sparking. Either find a way to stop fuel injection or remember that there is a very volatile fuel mix coming out of the plug hole.

Do you get the OK on the cluster before startup?
Aerostart into the induction system.

Is the pressure sensor on the back of the plenum (Alloytec) connected?
MAF sensor, TB motor?
