Adventra front Lower control arm bush

Hello All,

I have been told that my lower control arm bushes are u/s on the front of my car by ian diffen, just looking for some opinions - from the back while up in the air the bush looks ok, when sitting on the ground both sides are about 1/2 way over to the inside looking from the front, have attached an image, also what would you use - genuine rubber or nolothane to replace these bushes?
