VZ 1 tonner tray back ute. 2005

Hey

The problem I have with the ute ( V.6) is on idle only every now and then, it run a little rough (like a miss) and when you start it and has a petrol smell only when you start it.

It has 146.000 klm on the clock and a friend of mine said have a look at the fuel filter.

Does any one know were the fuel filter is ?

I found a filter underneath the plastic cover on the (LHS) of the motor ?

It uses a lot of fuel.
