Brake Warning Light & Chime

So I changed my pads and rotors on the back of my vz on Wednesday and ever since the brake warning has been coming up on the dash. I only gave them a quick bleed as I was in a rush. Have i forgot to do something?

Stupid question but topped up the reservoir to full? Mine went off around corners because the sensor sits on one side and round one corner it was wet and fine and around the other it was dry and threw up the warning
