VZ ute vs BA ute in the 6's

Hey guys, i'm looking at buying either a vz 05 or a ba 03-05, im leaning towards the holden more so for looks but the ford utes are ment to be alot better utes than holden. Im tossin between looks vs 'performance' and would like to know some figures for lowering a stock vz to SL's and what a sunroof be worth to put in?thanks in advance

VZ has IRS where as the BA still has leaf springs.

Thanks for replys so quick, na im looking at a straight 6 non turbo( on P plates) otherwise xr6 turboall the way! are there any major benefits with either make? like say puting a LPG system on whats ford vs holden cost for that or from general services?

Ford do a dedicated gas engine, so probably better for gas than the Holden.
The BA utes are noisy on the road, as they have a separate ute back, and get a lot of road noise
between the cab, and tray.
Ford has more storage area in the cab behind the seats.
Either will do the job, but if it was me, I would go the BA/BF Ford.

ive got a mate who just bought a white ba xr6 ute, it looks ok for a ford, its got heaps of room behind the seats like said, but makes alot more noise on the road then my vz, an doesnt ride as good an mines lowered too
