It's a commodore, chances are it is.
Cheap, fast, reliable.....you only get to choose two.
high is the pump noisy, what colour is the power steering fliud is it a nice red or is it dity, and how does the steering feel?

It feels like your trying to turn a train off the tracks. My rack had a slight leak (about 7ltrs a day at the worst) and even at speed it was a mission to steer.

it's got no leaks it's not losing fluid and works when the rpm is past 1000
