Default vz front bar? yay nay?

so i need a new car and am striving to own a vz and have just been researching them and what not and part of tht includes bodykits. nothing much really stands out to me other than this
eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d
this seller is the only place ive seen it offered and i think it looks pretty good and tuff (design wise) but looks quite cheaply made (although could be the paint job from some pics they have)
    thoughts on it?

i think the colours theyve used are ugly but the pic of the silver and black commo looks classy plus only the front bar of the kit looks good

The VE kit looks pretty good - namely because it's meant to be on one of them.

VT-VZ kit makes me want to vomit, I've actually seen cars that have ran into cows that look better.

the reason the silver/black one looks good is because it is an actual w427 not some v6 commodore with a cheap fibreglass knock off, plus finding side skirts and a rear bar to match the front will make your car look even worse.

better off going with SS bumpers or maybe a HBD kit

I hope it's a V6 your kitting? Personal choice but not for me. There are plenty of kit makers - use google and you will find makers in Brisbane.

do you have any links to kit makers in brissy? or anywhere really? and for clarification do you's mean the design is disgusting or the craftmanship?

In terms of looks.. if you like the look of it, thats all that should matter to you. Its your car.

    In terms of quality,

The seller, despite only having a feedback of 25 on ebay, and only a few of those being fibreglass stuff, is XXX bodyworks in Dandenong or someone who works for them.

The photos show the yard, the complex, and inside the joint, and its definitely them.

If you feel like checking out my ride thread, you will learn a lot about the quality of their product. If you dont feel like reading about it, then in a nutshell.. its crap, dont buy it.

Call Savage Fibreglass in Sydney for quality kits. It will cost you double though. You pay for what you get, and not sure if he makes a W427 yet..

Southport blits body kits are probably the best of all. They are the only ones making totally legal fibreglass bonnets for instance, and their kits are very good quality. You pay for quality though..

Normally I say 'if you like it buy it, its your choice' then give what I think.

I recon those bumpers make it look like your car has been pimped out by a blind guy. If you buy it you may want to go check yourself into a mental hospital.
