Vz s pack ute help with foggies!!

Well I have a vz s pack, wholes in my front bumper for foggies, being an s pack the wiring should be there shouldnt it! And could someone give me a quick run down of whats required to chuck them on and what ones I need and anything else required? Thanks.

I have a VZ Exec and put a Berlina bar on with fog lights. All I needed to do was get a different headlight switch ($30 from wreckers), a fuse and relay. Relay is located under bonnet near right hand shock tower and check owners manual for the fuse location. Been a while now and I can't remember if its under dash or near relay. All wiring is pre-installed. Being a "S" there should be a pre-installed idiot light on dash cluster to tell when lights are on. Easy as!

i have an 04 vz s pack and it wasn't as easy as that for me because there is no wiring there for them because they were never an option on that car. so i ended up getting a auto electrician to put the wiring in.
