VZ SS Pump problems

Nearly every time my car is parked on a hill for the day i go to drive off in it and the car struggles like its out of fuel. Its been doing it for months but today when i left early morning it got heaps worse. The car wasn't driven at all yesterday and wasn't parked on a hill but nearly stalled out just driving away. Has anyone else had this trouble? Is it time for a new pump? Any tests i can do to make shore its getting full voltage?

Does it do it only first drive off or does it do it at every take off from lights etc?

How low is ur fuel?
What petrol are u using?

Does it drive normal afterwards the first take off?

Nah only first take off on cold starts. Fuel tank is half full. using 98 because of the tune. and after that first take off its all good????

My Computer is only supplying the fuel pump with 7 volts does anyone no how i can boost this or change it without going to a tuner. Would another relay help? Can anyone please give me some help with this stumble at could revs uphill????
