Hey guys, my mum is selling her vx ss an looking for a vy/vz one tonner, she has got me looking around for a good one tonner, what would be better a vy or vz? its going to be a farm/tow car, towing a horse float mainly, any info would be good.
Thanks
Not many differences between VY and VZ one tonners other than the engine. If you dont require heavy duty use out of the tray, go for an alloy tray. The chassis is a fair bit heavier than the standard ute due to its payload - heavier ute = worse fuel economy . . . .
My 2c worth. .
P.S - I have a steel tray and its pretty heavy compared to my mates old tonner with the alloy tray, but mine's tougher ;-)
