Post Fitting a Genuine Senator Rear bar&Tail Lights

Hey i've got a VZ SV6 just wondering if i'm able to fit a genuine senator rear bar and tail lights, would there be a gap? or would it fit properly?
    Thanks

They will fit fine, when you change from SV6 to senator bar your original tail light would be too small so using the senator (VZ Berlina or VY1 Calais) tail lights are the right choice.
Although VY2 or VZ Calais tail light do look better but the senator bar doesn't have reflectors fitted as needed by ADR's.

I'm actually getting VZ Calais lights, cause they look alot nicer. Thanks. Can't wait to get my front senator bar in the next two weeks.

You will have to fit aftermarket reflectors on the bar or you'll risk someone rear ending your car while it's parked at night. Just my 2 cents.

I love how we all keep going on about the lack of reflectors when using VY2/VZ Calais tail lights causing insurance hassles and rego problems.
Well in the years I've been on these forums I have only remembered one person who got cautioned for not having reflectors fitted when using VY2/VZ Calais tail lights.
Has anyone on here or know of anybody who has been refused an insurance payout after a crash because the car didn't have reflectors?

No. But why don't you conduct the experiment and let us know how it goes.

Lol i wouldn't count on it, by the time they see it it'll be too late.. reflectors are pretty cheap would be a good investment to avoid headaches really... Have a look on eBay.

I've already been running with Calais lights on my Senator for well over year and 2 rego inspections and not a problem.
I have been looking for decent reflectors but as yet haven't found any that suit the HSV bar, although have recently found some Harley Davidson saddle bag reflectors which might work ok without being too big but none available at the moment.

If some retard cant see two tonne of car because it doesnt have reflectors, they wont make any difference.
