squeaky sound at 3500 rpm

I have a squeaky sound from my car at 3500 rpm then again about 5000 rpm. Has anybody has this? What is it?

Probably an idler pulley or something on the v belt..... Get someone to give it a rev and spray a lubricant on the belt while spinning, see how that goes
