rear window switch not working

i got a vz sv6 and one of the rear window switches dont work but it works from the front, my girlfrend has a vy so i got one of the switches out of it and it works in hers but not in mine. if anyones got any tips thatd be great

was gonna say that if the rear door switch is broken, the front switches will not work either. maybe window regulator

Have you checked voltages at the window? Check the other rear window as a comparison. May be a broken cable going to it or just a bad connection somewhere.

May even be the switch at the front - if the power runs through there (I suspect it may) and there is a poor connection at that point it could be the issue.

Your right, i have a switch that does not work when removed from the plug the fronjt will not operate, however if there is current passing throught the swithc it will operate from the front.

if you put another switch in its place and that switch works, then its the switch.. if nothing works with switch in place then it is something else
