I'm not sure what you're asking? I don't know what a "VZ SS Z" gauge pod is? I was going to assume you meant "S" but there were no gauge pods in S model VZ's.

If its the double hump binnacle gauges off a car with climate control, and yours has climate control it should fit. It's simple to fit all the electrical side of the gauges it simply plugs into a cigarette lighter below the headunit behind the facia, the oil pressure is harder as a small cable has to go through the firewall which is relatively easy if your comfortable pulling the dash apart. The oil pressure switch then has to be removed and an adapter fitted, then the original switch fitted once more as well as the pressure sender, if your handy you would be able to do it, if not do the rest and take it to Holden to connect as it can leak easily if not done right, shouldn't take more than 30 mins labour for them.

No it won't. You need a different centre/top console. 4Block has recognised this on ebay and reckon that they can get away with charging 500 for a bit of plastic
