Hey, new to this site and new to owning my commodore.
I have a 2007 VZ V6 ute and just wondering whether it has traction control? There are no switches to turn it off inside, however the manual mentions Traction Control but that could just be for the sedan or other car included in the manual.
Just a bit curious.
Thanks
p.s. currently trying to track down a thunder twin hump hard lid, any recommended places in Queensland?
I think the 2007 model has ESP instead.
2.5" Single catback, LSD with 3.46 diff gears, Mace Manifold spacer, K&N panel filter ,VCM Dyno tune, RDA slotted and dimpled rotors.
More mods to come
Should I be able to disable it freely somehow? Or is it not worth worrying about?
Yeah I'm pretty sure VZ utes did not come with traction control. My brother once inquired at Holden, and they said that it would be possible to install TC out of a sedan, however it would hardly be worth the price.
no traction control on the pov pac or ute unless it has the switchdo Pov Packs and utes come with TC standard?
The utes don't have traction control because you can carry vastly different weights in the tray causing it to not function properly. VE onwards it has been fitted, I'm assuming they came up with a solution
easy way to find out, turn a corner and smash it.
