Hey guys sometimes when i start to drive my car it gets a crunching sound coming from the front right hand wheel ( drivers side ) on my display it says low traction once i continue driving it stops and goes away. any idea's what this could be?
Sounds like your ABS kicking in or your tyre slipping which would both be associated with the traction control system.
Is it happening when you're braking or going around a corner?
If it's when you're braking you need to check your pads, rotors and callipers. Probably a good idea to bleed your braking system.
If it's when you're going around a corner then your front tyre probably doesn't have enough tread to hold traction and is loosing it or the tyres are cheap and aren't gripping the road, so you're getting the warning, and the ABS is probably kicking in too.
it only happens when im parked and begin to drive off
Could be a bearing issue, or still it could be a problem with the braking system. If the piston in the caliper has become stuck it might not be letting the wheel roll for a moment, which would explain the noise and the traction problem.
Jack the front up, compress the brakes then see if you can rotate the wheels. While they are up there, wiggle your wheel around, if it moves then theres a bearing issue

Otherwise are you positive its front, could be the handbrake not releasing, could be caused by poor adjustment

yeah its front you can hear it. its really loud crunch
Could it be ABS playing up? I'm thinking something to do with brakes as you suggested.. have you tried what i said earlier?

The RHF wheel speed sensor may be playing up at low speed and making the computer think the wheels is moving faster than all the rest and tries to brake it resulting in the crunching sensation youre feeling.
Try turning traction control off and see if it still does it.
