VZ strange noise

I have a vz v6 alloy tech wagon, 2005 with 120k on the odo. Recently I've noticed a rattling/pinging sound coming from the engine area only on start up after the car has been off for several hours and it makes the noise only on acceleration. After 10mins or so it app eras to go away. advice anyone?, also, I have
green coolant in since purchasing it 2 yrs ago..is the red version better or no different? Thanks stu

what sort of noise is it? And its not the color its what it does..

The noise is like a rattle higher pitched cling cling cling sound. So the red 50/50 coolant is better for my car?

Should have the red coolant but that wont cause pinging.
