What is the process of putting a WL Grange bodykit on a VZ?

This has inspired me to obtain said kit.

I assume I need to change the front bar and hood? Would anything need to be moulded/cut or would it fit straight on?

I know a pink/grey VZ ute had a caprice kit on the front.

And where the hell would you get the kit. Surely its not very popular.
