    Default Removing mudflaps

Does it leave a screw hole or anything visibly bad?

Also is it legal (in qld at least) to remove them? I was told it wasn't.

When I removed my mudflaps, I just put the screws back in the holes, that way they look like they are doing something and you can't see any holes.

Mudflap is the easiest and cheapest mod you could EVER do. Legal wise i'm not sure, but there is ALOT of cars without theme.
As for removing them from a VZ i'm not sure, it should be simple enough and you shouldn't be able to #### up. Normally they have atleast 3 screws.. So have a look and give it a shot.

It's pretty easy just use a short screw driver because the wheel can get in the way, well that's if it's lowered anyway.

Honestly, who cares about the screw holes anyway, replace the screws if you have to. If your worried about making a mess of it, try unscrewing a door knob on your bedside table, you will need a Number 2 Phillips head screwdriver, Turning the screw driver left (anti clockwise) and remove the containing screws that hold the mudflap in place.

i was thinking to get the holes patched up.

as i have a dint on my rear bumper im sure it wouldnt be difficult for somebody to do the whole thing

surely the front flaps are screwed exclusively inside of the wheel arch..

get some plugs at sca, like the ones people get to cover up there spoiler holes. I havent had mine for years, nor can i remember where to holes are but im sure its pretty obvious and you will have no trouble, turn the screw driver anticlockwise and you should be set
